A compilation of all the Tier II Canon for Ace's Utaus. Tier II Canon meaning this is the effective lore for these characters, but it can be overridden by people who use these characters in favor of their own interpretation. This page mainly exists so that Ace can ramble about the stories of their characters without stepping on anyone's else toes and their interpretations.

STRETTO LIKENDO

Stretto Bellance Likendo is a demon fledgling who's 21 years old and non-binary (they/them and he/him pronouns. When they were in college, they focused their studies on English, with a minor in mythology. They also actively participated in searching for the paranormal, which is what led to them becoming a demon fledgling.

In college, they had accidentally summoned a demon, Galliard specifically. Galliard had threatened to destroy the college if they didn't make a deal with him, and so they became a demon fledgling under his training. Their deal allowed them to alter their body to match their gender identity.

Stretto's personality is overall cheerful, sunshine child gremlin. They're determined to help the people they care about and get pouty when they aren't able to. They're obsessed with studying the supernatural, even now that they're a demon fledgling.

Canonically, they're in a poly relationship with Galliard and Orpheus.

ARIETTA

A prototype idol android built by a company called Machina Industries. Machina Industries is a company that focuses on making as much money as possible by providing android weapons for wars, although they have recently branched out into the entertainment industry.

Arietta was one of their prototype idol androids based on repurposing some of their sapient combat androids. However, she developed too much sapience for the company to continue working on her.

She was scrapped and thrown into the trash until Stretto found her. She became attached to them and even chose to adapt their voice into her own voice. This is because these idol androids require external input from other people in order to sing, which is why she's a derivative of Stretto.

Arietta's very childish and bratty. She's very much of a himedere type who wants to be treated like the princess she was supposed to be. Funny enough, she tries to swear a lot but her programming has a filter that makes it so that she can't.

She considers Stretto and Zephyr as older brother figures. She mostly keeps to herself otherwise.

She's canonically aromantic asexual, as her designers thought it would be inappropriate and messy for her to feel attraction.

GALLIARD

Galliard is a demon that works for ????, at least he's supposed to. Instead, he's incredibly lazy and hates his job, especially since ???? is a dick to him. This is why he had Stretto make a demon deal with him, as the deal would temporarily free him from his servitude with ????. Once the contract is over, though, and Stretto's a full demon, he'll have to work for ???? once more.

Valentine had him created so that he could have a servant that obeys his every word. Valentine unfortunately horribly mistreated him (and still does), causing Ryuki to take on Galliard to raise him and protect him.

He's acquaintances with Stretto's friends, and has a good relationship and friendship with Stretto and Orpheus. He considers Ryuki a father figure, and has a rocky relationship with Valentine.

Canonically, he's in a poly relationship with Stretto and Orpheus.

IKAROS

Ikaros is a fallen angel who fell in combat. She used to be one of heaven's soldiers, and only gained sapience when she fell to earth. After she fell, she was taken in by Ryuki. He effectively adopted her, despite her being much older than them by eons.

She's effectively a transwoman, as angels are born sexless. She ended up identifying more as a woman when she became sapient, and is effectively trans.

Her personality is sweet and gentle, and rather grounded. However, she has a lot of misconceptions about human culture, as she mainly learned about it through anime and manga. Her name comes from one in particular.

She considers Ryuki as a good friend (not really her dad). She's also good friends with Anjera Corchetto (OsoPan).

She's currently not shipped with anyone.

RYUKI PENDRAGON

Ryuki Pendragon is a golden, eastern-styled dragon. His powers are primarily nature and water-focused. However, he's actually obsessed with Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, and with olden, medieval culture. He took the last name Pendragon from his love of this topic.

Ryuki raised Galliard effectively as his own son and views him as such. He later met Ikaros when she fell.

His personality is very pretentious and "princely." He's very haughty and a bit of a comedic relief character whenever things don't go the way he expects them to.

He considers Galliard his son, and Stretto and Orpheus as his children-in-law, despite the three still only being in a loose relationship. He also has a close friendship with Ikaros.

He and Valentine once dated until Galliard was born. Ryuki broke up with Valentine after seeing Valentine's terrible treatment of their son.

LEIURUS

Leiurus is a demon inspired by scorpions. They're a part of an unknown mafia full of demons, and they work as an inventor of poisons. Not too much is known about them, other than they get a cruel kick out of torturing humans with their prototypes...

VALENTINE

Valentine was once human, a noble during the time of the French Revolution. In order to avoid his own untimely demise, he made a deal with a demon to become immortal. Upon the death of his human form, he gained the ability to quickly regenerate from any wound, including ones that should be fatal for a demon. However, he lacks any other abilities.

He quickly rose up in the ranks of demon society through a method of seducing and killing high-ranking demons to take their place. At the moment, he's a well-off noble within demon society and doesn't desire to rise any further.

At some point in time, he met Ryuki and the two began to date. However, that was ruined after Valentine decided to create Galliard. Valentine treated Galliard like an object and an extension of himself (and still does), causing Ryuki to break up with him and take away Galliard to raise him. Galliard is now back under Valentine's control.

Valentine is still deeply in love with Ryuki. He and Ryuki have a bitter ex's dynamic. Valentine has a rocky relationship with Galliard, and is currently trying to rebound from Ryuki by going after Stretto.

CLEFIRE

Clefire is a time traveler sent to the past from the future to save the future. However, the responsibility was too much for her so instead she's hiding out in the past, doing her best to avoid that responsibility.

She ended up crashing down in Stretto's backyard and they've been friends ever since.

Overall, she's very eccentric and a "weird aunt" type of character. She's a little too strange to truly get along with most people.

She's really only friends with Stretto and does her best to be friendly towards everyone else. However, her eccentricity puts most people off.

She's canonically aromantic asexual and shouldn't be shipped with anyone.

ORPHEUS

Nobody really knows who or what Orpheus is, not even himself. He awoke with amnesia one day and was found by Stretto.

He was taken in to be roommates with Galliard and Stretto and they all slowly grew closer through that.

His personality's very sweet and cheerful, although he has self esteem issues. He believes in the best in everyone, even when given evidence to the contrary.

He only really interacts with Galliard and Stretto, and is canonically in a poly relationship with the two of them.

ZEPHYR

Arietta's "older brother." He's an earlier prototype idol android, before proper voice technology was implemented. As a result, he "speaks" using a sawtooth wave generator. He's currently still with Machina Industries and is on display as a previous, not a failure prototype. He still feels emotions like Arietta but they're much more subdued to the point of being undetectable.

DAVILOID

Literally a magical cat adopted by Galliard, Stretto, and Orpheus. Just a cat who can take on human form. Little shit. I have nothing else to say about him.
